Do you have stock cookies or are all of them customized?
All our cookies are made to order according to the customer's specifications. You choose the color, shape, design, optional text, or simply give us a picture/sample to replicate, and we create the precise cookie for you. (Custom cutters are available for a minimum fee.)
Which flavors do the cookies come in?
We offer a choice of three flavors: Sugar, Chocolate and Ginger.
Any particular dietary guidelines?
We pride ourselves on using premium quality ingredients. Our cookies are all certified Kosher.
How much advance notice do you need for an order?
Generally, we require two weeks advance time for most orders. However, we can usually accommodate rush orders in the event of a time crunch. Email us with specific inquiries.
How long after purchase can I expect the cookies to remain fresh?
Our cookies have a shelf life of two months, as long as they're stored at room temperature either in their original packaging or in an airtight container.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order is 2 dozen cookies, one dozen per design.
Do your cookies come in different sizes?
The cookies come in two basic sizes. Standard size is approximately 3 inches ($3.95 per cookie), and Large size is approximately 5 inches ($5.95 per cookie). However, given that the cookies are custom-designed, it's difficult to assign precise measurements.
I'm a professional event planner. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we have special policies for wholesale, large volume customers. Contact us for details.
Tell me about your packaging.
Our cookies are all individually wrapped. Each cookie comes in its own clear cellophane bag charmingly tied with a satin ribbon. Custom packaging, such as elegant gift boxes is available upon request.
Is it possible to order a sample prior to purchase?
Yes, it is $15 per sample, including shipping.
What's your shipping policy?
We ship via UPS Ground all over the United States. Located in Brooklyn, NY.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) and prepaid checks (allow time to clear).
